Leave a small empire for my children.3.

I have an educational background in engineering and business and have grown up in a family that has had several members employed in the construction industry.I joined BiggerPockets looking for tips and techniques that will help grow my property investment empire, so that I may one day take over the world!

Still have a few areas where I'm lacking information and I found alot of the answers on the forums here.My short term goals include purchasing my first SFR to rent and my long term goals are to expand the empire and assist buyers with limited credit to get into a new home.

Buy cheap properties and build an empire.

Orange County reacted differently than the Inland Empire.

Right now Im looking to put in the work and build and empire. 

I am not trying to build a 100 million dollar empire so. there it is. 

The reason why people can live here is because they either already created an empire in the mainland and now they come to live their lives here or because lots of people inherit their parents/grad parents properties.

I'm young and hungry with $15k cash and looking to start my real estate empire.
