May I suggest you attend Invest Club for Women RE meeting in Studio City on the third Wednesdays each month.

Lets say there is a women with a couple of kids that live in a Government complex in Dallas, and is basically get free housing, and rather than someone coming in that is making good money to buy a home, decides to live with her and pays the day to day expenses.

Hi Michael - You are correct that there are investors who embrace wearing a real estate agent hat as well as those who have a less positive opinion about it. 

You cannot say "I only rent to women" or "only to men".
