I don't have much experience rehabbing houses so I hope that it will help me learn what needs to be done and how much it should cost once I start to outsource rehabbing one day.

We don't outsource nothing.So I have two options: Report incorrectly and take losses from passive income - which I think plain wrong.Claim I don't materially participate in my business - which is just as wrong.I was on the phone w/Intuit support including first tier and then their CPA, and that was fruitless.

I used to list for Fannie when they still used outsources.

Even living In the Cleveland market, I outsource everything and if something goes wrong with either management or construction, I just plug new team to fix the issue. 

Wanted to see if you had any updates on if you were successful with outsourcing for this?

My plan is to outsource management of the rentals pretty early on because of my packed schedule.

I'm a big supporter of outsourcing anything that is not your core business.

It certainly includes a ton of help and outsourcing 

That I couldn't answer, but I think I could see myself outsourcing those duties to a management company even at that point.
