Scope of work will be painting full interior, LVP throughout, New Kitchen Cabinets, Granite Counter Top, Update Bath with New Vanity/tub, add drywall to one block wall in basement bedroom, new kitchen appliances, replace 2 interior doors, minor electrical fixes, and minor exterior touch up.  

We put in acrylic counter tops with built in sinks, 2 piece fiberglass shower, no garbage disposal, no W/D, etc etc.

I'm looking for a company to do my granite countertops that is reasonable and fast in teh Baltimore/Annapolis area.

You'll have a rusty shack next to a brand new granite countertop, stainless steel appliance unit. 

The vacated unit had a light update: new carpet upstairs, new LVP floor in the living area, new kitchen countertop, paint...and....the big one - we had to build and install closet doors What was the outcome?

The second part is the fun stuff  (paint color, appliances, cabinets, countertops, etc)  I am confident doing, but am open to suggestions.Please feel free to send a private message if you would like to share referrals, but keep them confidential.

We had several of the tubs professionally resurfaced.We added new counter tops and new vinyl wood planking to the units.An example of how we stage our units when leasing:The duplex units are two bedroom two bath and turned out beautifully!

Replace the countertops with Home Depot laminate slabs.
