There are plenty of ways to make money with a website (ads, affiliate marketing, sponsored posts, etc) outside of bookings, but it takes work. 

Hi Jacob, this sounds like as long as you disclose as an affiliated business that you might be okay.

The offers weren’t from homeless shelter organizations per se, but they were affiliated with low-income type of residents, rehab, assisted care, etc. and the city doesn’t think those organizations fit in the neighborhood.
