(Gerald Romine) Real Estate Profit Pro(REPP) or his Ultimate

Hello,
everyone I'm trying to see if anyone in here has ever used (Gerald Romine) Real Estate Profit Pro(REPP) or his Ultimate Real Estate Investing System(UREI) softwares. Both of these programs sound like they could be very useful tools. Real Estate Profit Pro(REPP) is computer based and Ultimate Real Estate Investing System(UREI).

I'm trying to see if anyone else is using his software and if anything else was out there on the market like his software.

Shelby . . . I just wanted to let you know that there aren't ANY courses that just WORK. You have to get out and do the work. I'm sure you knew that, but I thought it was important enough to reiterate!
