These coverings will follow the floor, so if you have any hollows or rough seems from patching the subfloor, you will need to apply a little floor patch to the subfloor to smooth and level the surface before applying the finish floor; otherwise the dips or edges may show through the finish floor.  

The liability can range from the 5-6 cost to remove and redo the surface to several hundred thousand in extreme examples. 

Carpet and some sheetrock were removed, surfaces sprayed and basement sealed off and fumigated. 

After treatment to get rid of the roach smell, wipe down every surface in the house including walls, ceilings, drawers, floors, back of stove, inside stove, etc.

Heck, just take your IPAD or Surface pro 2 Computer with you and it's portable.  

C class office can go vacant and stay that way MHP once filled rarely changes unless you let it become a mini ghetto.. owned units in a park while on surface look good.. they are not.. they are really hard to maintain.. as parts are custom.so when I bought my parks first thing I did was sell the MH to the tenants when able until they were all gone.Plus in a resale most knowledgeable buyers are not going to give you value for the homes..

I am like you always looking to save some money but hard surface counter tops are the one thing that is hard to get around.  

Minerals can be severed from the surface ownership here in LA.

I verbally tell tenant prospects that no testing has been done, but they should assume that there is some lead based paint on the surfaces, covered by some non-lead based paint.
