The "Housing Authority Subsidy" (This what the HA will pay to the owner as a supplement to the tenant share, to bring it up to the amount of the contract rent.)Sometimes a Housing Authority will provide utility assistance to a tenant as well.

Still, if you pull a demo permit/building permit, and your tonnage for the demo is substantial, then the city will normally point you to a C&D recycling company that you need to dump there to have 50% of your dump recycled, no surprise on that, I am just wondering if that is the case here, maybe there is some sort of IRS rebate that we don't know about, HA!
