If that doesn't work they have an appeals possess though a citizen board.  

@Thomas Kambadzi- thanks - regarding buying in the US as a canadian citizen -  if you will need to use a loan - getting a loan for an inv property as a canadian  citizen might be a challenge  and  also  quite  pricey  ( if you can  find a source  to give  you a loan ) 

@Anthony Green I use Citizens Bank & Trust and they they do not have a minimum loan amount.

If you are a US citizen, then getting a loan in the US should not be too much of a problem.

By dropping their progressive income tax system, they are trying to "grow their state" by bringin in more business, but in the end just taxing their citizens more so businesses can make more money. 

Conforming residential loans are only "warm blooded citizens" as legal entities, such as LLC's, are not eligible.
