In comparison, if you try to evict, not only will you no longer be receiving the current income of the rent and repayment they are paying, you will be on the hook for the cost of the eviction, the subsequent vacancy, AND you run the risk of angering them enough that they destroy your property, to the tune of thousands of dollars or more.
