@Sam Gill If you are planning on working the Roseville area then you will need a Broker that subscribes to that MLS.

In either case it's a tough road to hoe.I'll get the cliche advice out the way, subscribe to the podcast and make sure you put in key terms to track relevant forum posts (that's how I noticed your post about queens!) 

@Isaiah SullivanCheck Realtytrac.com, it's a paid for service, but can access all the info you're looking for in one database for any area you subscribe to.  

Glawson7 - I subscribe to a service here in Cal that pulls NOD's and NTS by county.

I have subscribed and listened to 2 of the BiggerPockets podcasts since your reply.

I subscribe to commercial newsletter like CoStar Advisor, Real News, Scotsman Guide, Mortgage Daily etc.  

I subscribe to a forum or a topic, I have a default notification for all new subscriptions, and I can always go back and change notification frequencies for a specific subscription.

I have been an IBD subscriber on and off (mostly on, but my subscrition expired about 3 weeks ago) for about 15 years.

I have seen several ads and posts in on other group I subscribe to, all the ads basically say the same thing except for the credit requirements.
