I just moved into my apartment in Golden, CO today!

I know many a investor that thought flips would be the golden goose but wound up falling into a money pit. 

You have to have someone like that in your area when you find him you'll be golden.

Just because there is a golden deal today doesn't mean there won't be one tomorrow.
