One place, which I always recommend is omicron granite reviews, as it is one place where you can find the best and variety of tiles at a reasonable rate and buying from there was always a pleasure for me as the staff out there really guides you in a right way.

I am looking to keep this one pretty simple with stained concrete or tile (whichever is cheaper) with carpet in bedrooms and typical average finish out besides some granite counters.

New floors, new shaker cabinets, new granite countertops, new backsplash in kitchen, new sinks, new toilets, new faucets, new wall backsplash tile in both bathrooms, new walk in tiled shower, LED light up mirrors, new paint, new electrical outlets, new paint, new windows, new double french doors, new pavers on the outside patio.What was the outcome?

You'll pretty much see the same stuff over and over again; granite counters, Home Depot kitchen cabinets, pergo, berber, or tile floors, tan walls, white trim.

People acted like at the price we had it, it should have granite.

Due to logistics, a lot of the payments were just lumped together (so the customer only actually wrote ~3-4 checks since things like granite and cabinets were completed at the same time).

My nicest 1 bedroom units go for $675 and that's with granite, stainless and brand new everything.  

In excellent condition, fully remodeled with stainless steel appliances / granite countertops / etc. 1390 sq. feet. 

You can tell if granite or hardwood is common..Every market is different and each price point requires certain upgrades...
