Please be nice, I'm a total newb and genuinely want to spend my learning time well.

The real fun part is when a new user, purported to be genuine, pops up and their only 3 posts are basically promoting a site.  

I'm a real genuine & nice guy just looking for a better life and I really need this, but by myself it's just out of my reach, unfortunately.

@Edwin Solivan you'll get a lot out of the REIA meetings and you'll meet several good people there that genuinely want to help you succeed.

You've restored my hope that there are people who genuinely care about other people!

:) Zillow has been significantly underestimating values in Johnson County KS all year, and my listing clients have been genuinely surprised with how much their homes actually sold for vs what they thought they could net by selling By Owner.  

Everyone here has been truly helpful and they genuinely want us newbs to succeed in our endeavors.  

They are genuinely committed to helping their students learn and attain the success and lifestyle that they have reached.

As for genuine mentorship, etc... that's great if it happens.

I try not to come off as an investor but more as someone who is genuinely interested in their property and location.
