Seeing the possibilities first hand like that, so early in your career, must have been like rocket fuel!

Any sign placed on any curb, sidewalk, post pole, hydrant, bridge, tree, or other surface located on, over, or across any public street, right-of-way, property or thoroughfare, unless authorized by the City Council.

Just my opinion,Many of us have all benefited from illegal immigration in some form or another, fueling the issue.

About 20 feet later it hit the traffic pole and came crashing down about 5 feet from two girls.Then, about a minute later, some guy with the control started running to pick it up!

Hemp can be used as a cheap alternative for clothing, paper, dye, jewelery, clean burning fossil fuel, and probably hundreds of other uses.

As I wrote in another post above, if the building envelope is inadequately insulated and not properly air sealed, then the traditional approach of installing an oversized furnace, with a cheaper fuel source, may be more cost effective than simply dropping a heat pump into the property without affecting any other improvements.  

just because you can't put them on a street sign, or pole doesn't mean they can't be used effectively some where.

There is tremendous job growth in Houston right now (leading the nation on a pure numbers basis) and skittish lenders are not fueling the development pipeline.

It doesn't make much difference, at closing you pay some pre-paids (insurance/escrows) to yourself/the bank and credits to the seller (pre-paid taxes, fuel oil,etc.).
