What is the best time of month to close? I know I've heard it on the podcast before but I can't remember. Looking to take advantage of the amortization schedule to get the most rent before a payment. Thanks!

@Grant Francke. If you're talking about a rented property, then the earlier in the month you close, the better. You will pay interest-only for the month you close in, but get the pro-rated rental income. Your first payment won't be due until the second month after closing.
