That is a positive.I see no signage indicating it's apartments, no tombstone sign, no building signs. no NOW RENTING banners, no flags at the curb indicating Now Renting, (no unit being used as a temp rental office where you can sit all business day--you have 100% vacancy--12 units!!!)

I've honestly gotten better suggestions from other posts than from the gaggle posting here, telling me what a horrible PM I must be and should kick these kids to the curb...I don't know whether to laugh my *** off at the sheer unprofessional responses or delete my account here and never load this page again.

Other than maybe some place to store materials, rather than tossing everything to the curb because you want it out of your life, and some tools (if you do any of your own work), your rental properties and your personal life doesn't have to mix.
