I've been hearing the time has passed to buy low in Brooklyn (I'm not letting that stop me though) yet in East Flatbush and certain areas of Queens bordering Brooklyn there are still good deals to be had.

I was living in Palo Alto CA at the time  another hot bed of high values.. and I just looked at them and said If I was you I would not hold your breath on that one.also Canadian real estate is not like US real estate much tighter controlled etc.. were we see this as common wholesaling folks north of the border have different ideas.

New Hampshire has the smallest coastal area of any ocean bordering state.

It benefits from being bordered by Beverly.  

The property management company I work for manages ~100 properties in the LA area, mostly in neighborhoods bordering the 605 freeway (Whittier, Downey, Commerce, South Gate, Bell Gardens, Pico Rivera, etc.)

The house is dirt cheap with an extra lot included-looks to be a pretty lot-ie. tree /bushes bordering it, but I can't seem to able to generate a lot of interest from investors (made a bunch of calls / emails as we just started marketing it last week).I'm wondering if investors have just gone cold there.But perhaps from your posts I'll figure out what's missing.

I do not recommend buying in Hartford, as mentioned most areas especially, the areas zoned multi unit, are rough and border line war zones.
