If you don't know your score, they offer you a credit pull and typically use the outdated CoreLogic feeds or their own proprietary systems.Basically, banks have poorly trained customer service that prevents them from making loans.

In the future, I will have to assume that is outdated and unenforceable.       

phil, not sure if that listing still exists (since realtor.com is very, very often outdated and i dont want to check other sites to verify), but you are correct. there are houses that are either in clarensville school district, or dont have garages, or are too small, BUT all are under 50k.thanks for pointing it out.

I was able to offer 20k less than the original price and they took my offer because the property was outdated.
