To everyone saying that there may be an economic downturn (specifically in the housing market), what makes you come to that conclusion?

Thanks Matthew, and I don't think the questions really are not that hard.If I run ROI (to determine %) and take a step back, I always come up with the same conclusion; it’s wrong because there are dynamic variables at play that can’t be dropped into an equation.

About me: originally from Brazil, I have been in Silicon Valley for the last 18 years, my career has been in technology, specifically in sales, and after having hours upon hours of conversations with a friend who is a real estate investor for the last 20+ years, we came to the conclusion that real estate is the best and safest return for your investment.

, you will quickly reach the conclusion that even the gurus and top advisors only have general recommendations. 

One negative to it is the reports are not terribly conclusive and I may use mysmartmove or Zillow’s feature for my next property to compare what type of information is pulled.
