The owner I worked for just ended up paying their hotel bill and one lady's carpet, rather than fight with them.So, based on my experience dealing with tenants who didn't have renter's insurance - even after we explained why they should and put it in the contract - yes, absolutely, I'd require them to carry it.And at least that way, if they let it lapse, they will at least have a memory of having it, and making the decision to let it go.

Wait till after the proceeding, file it with the DA, because statutes on financial fruad are lengthy, and then also file it with Checks system.That way, it follows them after the fact, instead of during the process.personally, Im a blood thirsty bastard, and if you are gonna make me bleed, I want you to feel the blows in kind long after I am a lingering memory in your mind.

It's bedtime, so I'm vague on my memory of this, but you might want to check that out, too.Otherwise, you can still deduct for a home office, which includes the percentage of your home used for it, which would be that percentage off your mortgage, insurance, maintenance, utilities, etc., as well as your other business expenses.
