I'd seen different credit score requirements, but didn't think they'd treat different asset classes differently provided they were residential and under 5 units.I have no prejudice with regards to location or institution type (bank vs nonbank), I've just heard quite a great many times to find "a local lender" and assume there's some lender-granted flexibility whilst borrowing intrastate.
