Hello everyone,This is kind of a specific question and may be related to Illinois/Chicago/Cook County.Is there a way to find out the redemption date for properties (where taxes were sold at tax auction)?

Mentors are always a great asset, no matter if you're an athlete, a cook or a real estate investor,!

I have been trying to stay out of Cook and  away from 2 bedroom houses, but this owner is willing to do seller financing. 

You can find a mortgage broker who was a fry cook at a drive-in last year or a car sales man and to obtain an originators license they only take a 20 hour course to be a RMLO!

I financed a commercial property for a young marine who got into power washing/cleaning the hoods & fire protection systems over the cooking stations in restaurants etc.He had developed a niche market with very little competition & carried the necessary certification to post for the respective health dept., inspectors.The work had to be done whenever the establishments kitchen were closed so it was usually a lot of early mornings/late nights.

I currently run the day to day operations of Foreclozd.com which specializes in the purchase, improvement, wholesale and retail of Cook & DuPage County properties sold at the judicial foreclosure auctions.

May be worth seeking out an attorney who only handles Cook County evictions for some advice.

Some I don't even use an application because no one speaks English, they don't have bank accounts and work in all cash businesses (landscaper, mason, bakery, restaurant cook, etc).
