was good tooI usually check under 'podcast' under the 'learn' tab for a description of past shows to see if it fits my interest...Also a big fan of my audible membership & app...I believe I used the 12 credits for $150 and worth it...The E-Myth, 4-Hr work week, the millionaire real estate investor & the 10X rule were good listening...Dave Ramsey also has good money/personal finance management stuff on there as well...

What about running the audio through some inexpensive dictation software such as Dragon, then hiring a VA at $10-$20/episode (as discussed in 4 Hour Work Week) to piece together any missed translations?

Completing the tasks are less and less fun and, by virtue of the 80/20 rule, lower and lower value.Ferriss' 4-Hour Work Week has a section about Dreamlining that is similar to what I'd like to study.

Now think that a typical work week is 40 hours; however, we all know self-employed individuals work well more than that, but for the same of comparison, I"ll use 50 hours per week.

Personally, I work very hard for my money and I like nice things and my money is generated from my 40 hour work week in the Building Trades, however, prospective clients don't know this and they seem to want more than what they are offering is worth.

Buy-and-hold seems to a better complement to a 40 hour workweek compared to flipping or wholesaling because it requires less legwork.
