You also need some business cards that have a couple things for you to write in manually like your phone number but not your cell phone number.Another thing you should consider, depending on your financial worthm, is to form some sort of corporation or a LLC,  Expect that most banks are against doing a loan that not in your name, even a transfer.  

Cell phones, rent, credit cards(get secured if you can't get regular), store cards, gas cards(those seem harder to get for some reason).  

Since this is a cruise, I won't have access to my cell phone and limited internet access(I get 30 minutes free for the trip and can pay for more as necessary).

Your best bet is usually to use whichever ACH platform your software supports.  

@Demetrius Davis I've noticed the 10% too, and also seen 5K or 10%, whichever is greater for cash offers.
