You can also find newer styles of the old school 12x12 vinyl tiles many of us grew up with in high school hallways that, with wax, are nearly indestructible, dead simple to install, and watertight.

Why couldn't you do a full screening on the current tenant back ground check, whole ball of wax, and then if they do not meet your criteria let the seller know you need to back out or the home needs to be delivered vacant.

I've used Cozy and Avail in the past and neither hold a candle to Tenant Cloud.Also, not sure what you use for tracking spending but I use Stessa for this.

Now I have 10 items on hand that I have to return the next day when I get another job regarding the toilet leak .. is it the flush, the valve, the supply line, the wax, the bolt and washer holing the tank, or is the leak from the shower and not the toilet at all?..
