Unfortunately, at the moment I have no money to put into yellow letters and other marketing strategies so I'm going to have to get this going the hard way.

The reports i can get right now only go back to the 70's as far as owner history goes however i want to go deeper, all the way back to the 1800s if i can.If the title is good i'll send out my first yellow letter and cross my fingers.

hey guyshas anyone used direct mailling whether be yellow letters/postcards and in the message put in the offer for the property as well, because i figured if they are gonna call back most of them are tire kickers and not motivated, by just putting in the offer at least they look at it and perhaps just the motivated sellers would call back rather than everybody
