hey guys

has anyone used direct mailling whether be yellow letters/postcards and in the message put in the offer for the property as well, because i figured if they are gonna call back most of them are tire kickers and not motivated, by just putting in the offer at least they look at it and perhaps just the motivated sellers would call back rather than everybody
