Ready to visit a property in person?

@Olubunmi Odole  I'd recommed that you visit a couple of the local REI meetups and see who is active and who other local investors are using. 

I plan to visit a motivated seller’s home in a few days but this particular seller is listed with an agent.

Didn't see an Army themed unit, and tons of the reviews mention being in town to visit a service member stationed on Benning or for a graduation. 

@Broc Mayo private lenders are more geared towards investors.You want to visit a lender or mortgage broker that can offer you an FHA 3.5% down payment loan up to 4 units, or a conventional loan, for a primary residence.

I’m not a fan of asking questions about their visit as if they are at border patrol, I think that is off putting and I have other things to do with my time.

Also ensure you visit a couple smaller community banks as they tend to have much more flexible terms than the bigge rbanks.

My brother and my CPA both live out there so I visit a couple times a year.

Everytime I visit a seller who I think might benefit from seller financing, I listen to it on the way.Shoot for at least a 15 year amoritization.
