Hi Treza,Not sure where you are in the process there, but when your ready to exercise financing options please reach out, it's very difficult to find a ground up program for inexperienced borrowers without having an experienced GC sign on the loan with you which in turn is not easy to find.

I am bullish on the FHA 203k and home-style renovation loans that allow you to leverage the cost of your renovation as part of your mortgage, which is just an insane deal, in my opinion.Do you have a specific area where you want to purchase?

Just remember that $70 is the gross number they charge , they have to buy supplies , insurance , tools , vehicle , gas , workmans comp etc .
