The biggest hurdle self-managers face right now is changing laws.

If so, I'd love to learn more about your successes, hurdles, etc. 

Yeah that seems like the next hurdle, just need to run some numbers to see what's possible.  

Hi All, I have been interested in REI for a number of years, but always let hurdles (primarily not enough money) keep me from really starting my journey. 

Getting the park under contract was the next hurdle.

Sure, some Guests are completely unreasonable (I've dealt with them) but the majority, as you mention, just want to be heard and felt taken care of.

Their job is to answer your questions, consult with a professional (broker, attorney, title company) when you don't know what, who or how to ask :) The central and south coast does offer quite a bit fewer hurdles to permit, more on that later...
