Long story short, I am a little uneasy paying the premium per door.

We could afford a 20% down payment on a house in the range of $375k in TN but without a job lined up nor a job we can take with us, it seems risky and makes us a bit uneasy.

The overly accommodating and agreeable attitude was the draw but also made me uneasy for some reason.

This is my first house sale ever and I did it on a land contract to make matters worse, so naturally I feel uneasy about the carefree nature of it all.

I think the right parts of Belair-Edison can have excellent cash flow, but I would be uneasy buying a 40k  house that only needs 30k, just because it worked out for your friend.

Now that the unit has no carpet, pets are less risky, although still make me uneasy. 

This can obviously make sellers a little uneasy, and I would hate to lose a good deal over it.It seems like the logical solution here is private/hard money on the purchase.

DO NOT go by what the seller quotes- If you are uneasy coordinating the repairs do not put yourself in a situation where you are doing so.
