I have no interest in giving this guys website traffic but what exactly does 30k get you?

Everyone knows about this issue but there is no radio station that will convince me there is a massive invasion of terrorists, gang members, trafficers, drug dealers and people who will make us all pay their welfare.

You could also have 40k cars a day on the road but on your side of traffic have only 10k and 30k is on other side.You could also have a big breakfast, lunch, or dinner model and have your property on the wrong side of the road for that ( going home side versus going to work ).I can go on and on have specialized in this for decades.

A new/improved road here will also benefit them as well if you are bringing more customers to their shopping center and providing more access points for traffic flow in/out. 

@Lance JohnsonYou could reverse engineer the county assessor site API (through inspecting network traffic), then iterate through all possible parcel numbers, storing the results and their data in a database.

Ask them for 2 or 3 commercial developers.If you're near the corners, your traffic count is the 85k.

Do it early rather than later in order to start driving traffic if you can. 

These areas have traffic year round and are close to tourist attractions.

With this development added, we lose some of the rural benefits we enjoyed, add more traffic and have to deal with road and home construction for a while.
