I have meet more smoke blowing investors than wholesalers by far. i think people try way to hard to get that BP "debate starter badge" 

HOWEVER  ...... when I  sent a contractor over for a few minor violations (smoke detectors), electrical lights out..... 

The two neighbors that we've met have both complained about them, saying they smoke marijuana in the garage and are generally "rowdy" (kids throwing rocks at cars, garage seems to be some sort of default "hangout") in an otherwise nice family neighborhood.  

@Chris Morey Plenty of successful people I know smoke a little bit of weed here and there, so there's nothing wrong with it.

I am interested in being able to add addendum's to the lease as well (pet policy, smoking, crime, etc...).

My worst experience was driving to my three decker at 2am to try to figure out why the smoke detectors kept all going off at the same time in the middle of the night.
