I am not convinced as to the longevity of copper vs. membrane shower pan, that's a tough call.Also, do not skimp on a cheap stamped steel tub.

So the fact that its close to retail is fine by me, because its basically coming with about 15k in furnishings/tv's etc.. it's completely turnkey (everything from pots and pans).

I went in Wed AM with the glass man, and saw that the stove drip pans and coils were in the sink, so the cleaner had been there.
