I can fly a helicopter, I can't fly a jet fighter, I don't have the knowledge or skills required to fly a jet fighter.

Eggshell works ok in rooms with scarred up texture to better hide that fact.  

Went booze cruisin, parasailing, jet skiing, horseback riding...a lot of fun.Looking forward to going to Maui this summer.

In the bathrooms and kitchen we are planning on textured the walls with knockdown and going over with probably an egshell or satin finish.

I never thought of it much of an investors place(besides the outter banks) strictly because I didn't think there was much in the way to draw people out that way.I think its a couple hours from a major airport and its a couple hours away from the pharma/tech triangle down there.I'll go with a couple vacation rental homes in on Panama beach and open up a watersports rental place(jet skis, kayaks, caneos, boogie boards).

I still don't have a private jet or yacht.

The only way I would not is if it was textured paper.

Are the walls textured?

Mind you I am not going to try and buy a jet no time soon!

And I think peel and stick that I could do myself would be much less expensive than framing, sheet rock, texture and paint.
