I'm currently interested in the Fountain Square area of Indianapolis, but I'm unsure of exactly which houses will sell for profit or be worth it as rentals.  

I'd say Mass Avenue is definitely up and coming, of course I drive the main strip everyday so it's easy to keep my eye on it :)  Along with Fountain Square though it's still a bit patchy for out of state investors I'd say.  

We’d also like to meet with someone who is familiar with the areas around Fountain Square.We’re pretty self sufficient and will do a lot of driving around to view properties and neighborhoods on our own.

My favorites are purple fountain grass which grows HUGE and needs almost no water.

For this reason you should use blue ink and a fountain pen.

There are numerous apartments, a Marriott hotel, dog friendly parks, walking paths, fountains and small "lake", entertainment venues, night clubs, retail, boutiques, yoga, gyms, restaurants and personal care beauty services minutes away, There are many corporate HQ's within a few minutes drive, plus it is on the tollway and 5 minutes from 121.

But I'd say downtown, fountain square, mass ave and B.Ripple areas are always in demand.
