Hello , been up until 3-4 in the morning the past few nights (addicted) scouring the pages here at BP, as all of you know a truly amazing resource which I intend to take full advantage of very soon.  Finally in a really good position to jump in and start buying up a couple properties, but oh so much to learn first. Thanks to all of you that help making this community a reality, your insights are invaluable and I truly love to read about your successes.  

Would love to hear from others here locally that have found excellent resources as I am currently just getting started in this process. Recommendations for Property resources, lenders, property management companies, contractors etc... Local investment groups? Thanks again, Jake
