The difference being I think he lives in the metro area, and not in the surrounding area.As someone who hasn't been to Denver yet (planning on visiting in the summer - mid/late July), is Denver also a commuting city?  

Hi Brittany, I’m an investor myself and also helping a lot of other investors here in Charlotte and surrounding areas.

I have been investing in the central Pennsylvania market since 2016, mostly focused on Harrisburg, PA (midtown, uptown and the suburbs), Carlisle, PA and surrounding areas.  

They are correct regarding the argument surrounding loan covenants, it's not a legitimate issue.

@Sathya Priya Sampathkumar   In RI probably your price I would look at providence and surrounding areas but you might be better off going to Worcester or western MA if you want to stay in MA.

Hello, I am currently looking to purchase a condo in the surrounding Chicago suburbs and I am looking to get a DSCR loan.

There are about 7 SFH in the surrounding 2 mile radius, all about the same size (3-4 bedrooms), and all listed around the same price ($2500-3100). 

Probably plenty of opportunity in some of the smaller and surrounding cities though. 

With major investors making moves in downtown Dallas and surrounding areas, it raises questions about how these developments will influence the overall market.I'm curious, how do you see the balance between urban and suburban growth playing out in the next few years?

I have been doing research in California and I am interested in LA but I am not familiar with the city or surrounding  suburb areas nor LA neighborhood classes.
