I didn't like the fees I had to pay for the wrappable financing so I asked around at other non-conventional lenders and two months later (which was just 3 days ago) one of those lenders called me giving me a hint that they are trying to create that exact loan product as they see a market for it since 60-70% of the population can't qualify for long term conventional residential financing.
