I am not familiar with your county requirements but a Professional Engineer (PE) will more than likely be required to stamp all drawings.

IN most states plumbing fixtures etc are stamped state approved from shower inserts to all other things..

@Carly M.If you sell it, you will no longer get income from this property.Selling the property and purchasing another property will subject you to a good amount of expenses(title work, realtor commission, stamp tax, etc).
