There was moisture buildup in one wall so severe that the wall was soft. 

This does not appear to be an issue for the tenants or the property maintenance (ie, no calls about tiles, soft floors, rot, etc).

You may have a soft spot for them but the feeling is not mutual, they’re playing you.

In particular I was too soft on late rent and property damage repair fees and it snowballed from there. 

The money comes from the HOA dues, but if the company mismanages the funds or has high overage and people not paying, the money in the account is soft which will make it harder for lenders to lend there.

I also get soft tissue work done.

There are other soft factors that compell me to shift more of our portfolio in that direction.
