Regarding market fluctuations, this part of ensuring the policy is structured properly with a guaranteed interest rate if WL or with a floor interest rate if IUL (meaning even if the market tanks 10% in a week, you don’t participate in that because your floor is 0% for example). 

The downside is that there is no sewer so they are all on septic tanks. 

They were on shark tank but essentially it's a bean bag that can be used as a mattress. 

I lived in it for a few years, then moved, but since the market tanked, I had to become a landlord.

This particular person is becoming a burden and destroying my property breaking windows removing water tanks, furnace and overall destroying my property.

On these sloping lots you need to be hyper aware of where you can place your septic tank and drain field.
