Thanks for the replying @Shiloh Lundahl, here’s what I’m looking for: good areas to invest, good resources to find properties, general information about the buying process, any realtors and other locals that can help, and expected returns in the area for STR.

My wife and I are in the process of starting a stem education center and I have leased a 1,200 sqft space that is apt for that which is at an upcoming shopping area. 

I really did get lucky, due to him being in the process of making multiple updates to the floor and cabinets.
