I find it unprofessional and selfish when managers or landlords take multiple applicants money for background checks when they're not the lead candidate.

Along the way, i was blessed to meet another very honest contractor. he's an older gentleman and extremely honest. he's been working for me for the past 3 months and I couldn't be happier. he's very old school and honestly doesn't know what he should be charging. he just wants work and he does it ALL. if you have projects in tucson and need someone cheap, reliable, and honest, DM ME.i selfishly will hold on to his contact until he's done with my project, which should only be 2-3 weeks max. i just wanted to prime everyone here.
