I am sorry to hear about the challenges you're having with renting out your townhouse in Kennesaw.I agree that it's probably past time to look into either selling (and re-investing in a carefully selected investment property), hiring a new property management company, or pivoting your strategy with the townhome. 

They can take time with their search and be more selective about a property’s location and condition.

You will need to research and select a market that fits your goals.   

You won't get cash flow while you live there, but you'll have a much larger selection to offer on, giving you higher chances of finding something that's actually a deal from an ROI standpoint.

You can either listen to the people that tell you DMM has worked for 10 years for them, rushing to believe that, when 23,000,00 other people tell you that they got nothing out of DMM selectively picking who you want to believe based on what you want to hear.I am not here to make you believe anything.
