For the new business (and we're in coastal Massachusetts), I chose the name Clear Sailing Realty.  

I sleep easy at night because i am not forcing her or trying to influence her on getting on this sailing ship, but what i am doing is showing her that i am not taking this lightly, and i am doing my homework, and that this is a well thought out decision. 

The way people talk about it here you just buy it and the rest is smooth sailing.

We may not be actors/models, but there are some decent looking folks on here - I even recall one member appearing on SNL back in the day :) I would have been happy to travel to location and do the shot where there are 2 people wind-sailing in the sunset!

I hate to burst your bubble Newbies, that ship has sailed, get comfortable with making deals work today, or wait till your old and its too late for you.
