I have done this routinely with people like Josh in my real estate world. 

Had a couple of cars towed when they parked in the driveway. 

I think investors get lured in thinking that they can easily park funds there while they wait for a deal, earn a good return, and then liquidate then.

Every so often I will look at my listing in private or incognito mode to make sure it's showing up to the general public.Closer to their stay, I text guests (who want it) a guest book that I put together with local restaurants, things to do, parking, etc. 

Returns are low likely because ODC overpaid for everything and dont have anyone experienced with mobile home parks on their team.
