If it is a minor then maybe it could be done sooner...I recently had one completed in six weeks, and I'll admit I was shocked...it was just sheer coincidence that I had a great reviewer, and minor comments etc to make it happen that quickly.I'd suggest if you need any dry utility work you get those service orders from SDGE ASAP so they can be included on the ROW submittal.

Do what you're comfortable and natural at and it will come to you with small adjustments, don't read some Ben Kinney scripts verbatim at an open house, and expect your robotic reactions to garner any real interest. 4) Network your butt off!

Roughly two months from application submittal to the Board of Adjustment hearing/decision.I haven't personally gone through or had clients go through it, so maybe @James Carlson can give some insight on if it takes a couple months like they say or if it's faster/slower.

I put my head down and I figured it out... mind you I am a former NASA robotics scientist, so I may have a slight advantage "figuring things out"... but I still firmly believe that anyone doing this on their own will far outperform any service providers or so called expert out there!
