I know there have been quite a few posts on this topic, but as a current owner of a few Denver area rentals, I'm just have a really tough time seeing our market go much higher, and in fact firmly believe we're just about at the top, and over the next few years, units like mine (2-4 unit multi-family), is actually heading for a slight retreat.

Begin to position Matt out of the day to day operation of the Trenton portfolio.6) Current redevelopment "mixed use" projects are complete, full of fantastic tenants, and strong cash flow for their owners7) DeRosa brand continues to provide tremendous value and education through ..... our newly formed New Jersey Real Estate Investing meetup group we are in the midst of organizing/launching, YouTube channel, speaking engagements, participating in conferences such as the MidAtlantic Summit in April, blogs, BP webinars/facebook live, and a new weekly podcast that will launch by the end of January called the Real Estate InvestHER Podcast (with @Andresa Lobrace).  8) On a personal note, some of my goals are to go on a trip (for a special birthday) with close friends, participate in 1-2 running races, work out at least 3x a week, engage in daily prayer and meditation, travel a ton with our family and go on a "couples retreat" with Matt, read at least 5 books, participate in at least two cleansing/fasting programs.

To be used for investment use I would think things like declaring the residence as officers comp or documenting it's use for corporate business use (retreats, parties, meetings, part of your compensation package etc).You need to ask your acct.
